Well that sucks, good thing your ok. Blowing up the motor in the 700 is just a good excuse to BBK it.
The worst part is, the biggest you can bore this motor to is 106mm for a full 750cc's. Mine's a 695, and I doubt the extra cost of boring and replating the cylinder is worth the extra horse or two I'll get out of it. Right now I'm thinking a stock bore, high compression piston, with some good cams. Once that is done I need to get my clutching right to keep it from revving up so damn fast while spraying. And if I'm still spraying, I'll need race fuel besides retarding the timing that I'm already doing. A lot to think about, and save for.
