What's that "welcome to the forum kid" all about?  I might ruffle some feathers with my last post.  People don't like hearing the obvious, especially when they don't agree.  I don't understand why so many on that forum are so against ATV's.

am I missing something here? I am not a member of the KELO forum, but I can see and read other threads over there.

However I do not see any threads pertaining to ATV's? When I click on the link at the top of this thread, or the one we received in the email I cant view it as I am not a member.

What section of the forums is it under? Can I read it if I am not a member?

Haven't seen the bill yet.  We are working on getting a web sight up with several ways to get to the bill plus will try to have in published on the sight and you guys are the ones we are counting on along with our group out her. Will let you know what the site is when we have it up.

I think the key here is going to be letting your Legislator know how you want them to vote.

We are preparing a web site and hope to have it up early next week.  In it we will have an informal petietion that you can down load.  We were going with a statement of intent, but the discription of it didn't fit as well.  A formal petetion is pretty time consuming and we sure would welcome anyone who wanted to have on drawn up.  The person carring it would have to witness all signatures and then have the petetion notarised.  If you have one drawn up get it sent to us as some of us will carry it and have folks signed but we hope to get a lot of folks on the informal one.
