WELL here it is.  I installed the new battery and BOOM still overcharging.  It seems that when the battery reached full charge the voltage regulator doesn't stop charging.  If I run all 3 lights it draws enought current to keep it charging fine.  So I will be running with my lights on all the time this weekend.  Also it has been a bad day because of the charging problem and now the plastics I bought to put on were from a 500.  I removed the 500 decals and there are white blemishes behind one of the decals so it looks like shit.  I will just have to put my Polaris decal over it for now.  I might just get all new plastics this next summer and say screw it.  Or let it roll down honda hill. LOL
