Does anyone know how picky they will be with the stock classes?  I have a pipe and a hacked airbox on my V force and I don't want to have to run against modded stuff.

No idea, but I will tell you, I went to their races in parkston and we were the only ute  and there was only 2 sport quads. I dont think they are going to be real concerned as long as somone actually  shows up. The sports that were there I think we could have beat with our 650. They run the quads last ,so we took off before it was done. Give them a call and see would be my recomendation.

They are not going to be too picky on mods! If you have a stretched out machine or swapped motors they might bump you up. From the talk around town there will be quite a few quads there. One guy has a raptor with an R1 race motor stretched out that runs a 9 second quarter in the sand drags. Now thats FAAAAST!!! Hope to see you all there.

Well, I got spanked and only got to run one time so that sucked.  Chad who is my partner in Simple Wheels did great.  He ran his Prairie 700 and won his class.  I think Adam on his 650i would have done very well if he had different tires on.  Those 27" XTRs on 14's suck up a lot of power.  Robbie was on his yellow zuki 450.  He ran strong but there were too many fast YFZ's there.  I think a lot of the ATV guys felt like an after thought compared to the sleds,  but I guess this is their event.  In the future I would love to see an ATV only event.  The sleds were fast as hell but waiting for them had me bored.  It was nice for them to include ATV's in their event but I think everyone would be happier with separate drags.

I had a feeling that was going to be how people felt about it. I think the reason they added ATV's  to their events is because sled #'s are down drastically. When I used to grass drag sleds there were 100+ sleds. The race we went to in parkston a few weeks ago was lucky to have 30. I think it would be alot better if they went to a double elimination format. More bang for your buck so to speak.

It was still a fun time and it was great to see that many quads running.  Hopefully it will improve on the ATV end for next year.

I got 1st in the 701 & up utility class.I couldn't believe there was that many modded atv's there.I seen a 700raptor with a turbo, and an outlander800 with nos. There were a couple 2wheelers there with crotch rocket motors in them, one was a 600cc and the other with a 1000cc.The 600cc one actually beat the 1000cc bike.It was a GREAT turn out and alot of fun.Hopefully this grass drag thing will catch on.I would like to attend more.

Ah, you're that Renegade.  I had the pleasure of eating your dust in the first heat (I was on the Prairie 700 in your rearview.  You're pretty fast :-\).  It was a great time, though - especially once we got into the atv's.  Seemed like a great group of guys, and I, too am really looking forward to some more races in the area.
