I tested a CDI from another 50cc atv and it still wouldn't start.  Other bike with this CDI started right up.  I'm going to try to readjust the valves again otherwise I'm not sure what's next.  The thing that really perplexes me is that it won't even fire with ether straight in the piston.  It almost has to be valves.  Crazy that you can park it one day and it won't start the next!!

If anyone is driving past Elk Point on I29, I'm right by Casey's.  Come on over and take a look!

I still say its the  flywheel key. Seen it a ton on our race kart engines.

My compression gauge does not have the correct adapter to fit that small of a plug.  It'll pop my finger off the spark plug hole, but I don't know the actual reading.  I plan to adjust the valves again tomorrow and see if it'll go.

Hey guys - I have a running ATV!  I tore it apart today and verified top dead center, adjusted the valves, put it back together and it FIRED!  It's running!  Thanks for all your help!  I have to adjust the carb (airflow and idle) to get it perfect, but it's working again!!
