Those are cool. I think you would have to have alot more studs to drag with though wouldn't you?? They would be awesome or the river.

yea they wouldnt be great for drags but i think if you rode alot of ice they would be nice.

I know that 250 didn't make it all the way around one front tire. So I went to Mac's and bought 2.75# of them for about the same price as the 1st 150. So far about $35 worth and I have 3/4 of a rear tire left.

I put them in my fishing boots. They work alright , but dull quickly walking around the garage . They also pull out easily on my atv floorboards. Actual ice studs have deeper threads , and stay in much better.....

What I'm hoping is that the heads of the screws are fairly small so they won't grip as hard- so hopefully they stay in better. I was hoping to offset the lack of grip of the smaller heads with more of them. Either it will work, or I'll make a fool of myself. Either way it will be a bitch to get the rounded heads back out.
