When you say bad spots are you talking about open water?
You're trapped in a room with a ferocious bear, a crazed lion, and a Patriots fan. You have a gun but only two bullets. What do you do?

Shoot the Patriots fan........................twice.

Bare spots, now snow for traction on a corner. One could slide across in to the other bank or in the water like in the story above. As far as open spots very few, just the ones that are there every year [shallow spots].

hope the guy is alright and i dont know all the details I just dont understand why the news and argus is making such a big deal out of this? kelo says a sled went through, argus says an atv?

the spot where this person broke through cant be more than 2ft deep? if he was on an atv why couldnt he just drive out? did he fall off after it fell through and that was why they needed an ambulance?

I am sure with people getting killed on snowmobiles they took this story and ran with it.....alway great to see negative press for our sport.

Anyone get on the River going north from Sioux Falls this past weekend.  Thinking about riding this Sunday and heard the lakes aren't very good and everyone is getting their ice houses off.
