TUBE THEM!!!!!

How well do tubes hold up at those low pressures? I put on almost 3000 miles a yr and dont want to be patching tubes. Especially if I puncure a tire out in the middle or nowhere. Its alot easier to throw in a plug...Any other tricks besides tubes?

Make sure all your wheels are straight. It dosen't take much of a bend to let air out.

The quality control on atv tires is crap, if you've got some extra bucks laying around you could always put tireballs in.

tireballs even though they are expensive are great and do work.

in all honesty what tires are you running? Stockers?

I used to have issues with tires until I started buying quality 6 ply tires, and not the cheap knock off tires either.

I havent had a flat or a leak even in the winter when its really cold.

Another solution would be some beadlock rims  :D

my dad had problems with the rims leaking also, he put tubes in and solved that problem, but he does not ride it much only ice fishing and deer hunting and drives it like it is sunday driver.  I also bought the good tires with rim protector and have had no problems with the exicutioner or mudzillas,  I have not used the tire balls, but they are an option or maybe you will have to replace the rim that is leaking or fill them with cement!!!!!!!!!! then you would have no flats lol!!!

is it just one or all of them leaking? me personally i would break them down and clean/inspect the beads on the rim and tire. you are running two good products and shouldn't be having problems. i would try tire sealer before tubes, even though most tire shops hate the stuff. a tube will ruin a good day of riding when a plug in a tire would've kept you playing.

I put a tube of the green tire sealer in each tire right when I bought my wheeler .  1000 miles later I have not had a flat.   Be sure the stuff you use is latex , water based.  That way if you do need to patch it , just wash it out and patch away , all your out is your sealer.

I even had a nail in a tire once , I pulled it out and everything was fine.   I have a buddy who runs a dealership and he said they do this all the time.

the slime works great until you have to change the tires down the road....what a mess

also as mentioned clean them and give them a good inspection and see if you notice anything. mud and other debris and get inside the bead and cause leaks.

stumper I did a little google searching and found a couple forums where people were having issues similar to yours, some of them were contacting the manufacturer and having luck getting them replaced. Maybe you could try to contact the place you purchased them from and see if they will be able to send them back for defects

I bought a set of mudlites a couple years ago to run in a race. ended up getting a tear in the sidewall the first race i ran them in. I called up ITP and said I would never run their tires again because they cost me a race on a set of brand new tires. They sent me a new set free of charge after I told them how I felt. I no longer use ITP tires but they atleast tried to take care of the problem.

Stumper What do you mean by that?  are you not coming or are you getting a different atv, or are you going side by side?
