non tagged atv

I'm confused about if and where you can ride non tagged atv I'm in okla and am  planning on spending a couple of weeks in the black hills area not sure if i should bring my atv or not any information will be appreceited.thanks.

There are many, many, many  miles of trails in the Black Hills area that can be ridden without tags.
